2 Day Introduction to Acupuncture and Dry Needling Course in Ottawa, ON (October 28-29, 2023)

Course Information: Covers Clean Needle Technique, Precautions and Contraindications, Measurement System, Safety Issues, Adverse Events, Types of Acupuncture Points and Practical Needling of approximately 20 essential Acupuncture Points and 5 Motor Points. Theory and Research also covered.

Location: Pro Physio & Sport Medicine Centres Merivale, 2 Woodfield Dr, Nepean, ON K2G 3Y5

Date: To be determined. Likely to start in late October or early November

Time: 9:00 am-5:00 pm both days.

Introduction to Acupuncture & Dry Needling, 2 Day Course (Day 1)

*Introduction and Dryneedling Course is a two day course and you have to pay for the full two days and complete both days.  These courses are a pre-requisite for all other classes.

Introduction to Acupuncture & Dry Needling 2 Day Course (Day 2)

Covers a detailed review of surface anatomy of bones/nerves/blood vessels as they will relate to acupuncture points throughout the program.

You will learn in detail the path of all the meridians as they relate to surface landmarks, the research/history of the meridian systems and the western research that helps explain the mechanism of the benefits of acupuncture.

*Introduction and Dryneedling Course is a two day course and you have to pay for the full two days and complete both days.  These courses are a pre-requisite for all other classes.
